Today, I finally managed to get through to the 'gatekeepers' secretary for NHS funding. I found out that my letter indeed has gone through and I am on the next batch of people to go through
She also corrected a mistake I had in my mind. I assumed if you were turned down for funding that would mean no reference to an endocrinologist , I was wrong, she told me even if for whatever reason the NHS do not fund your hormones you still get the same treatment from the endocrinologist, just that I would have to find the money , so thats a big weight of my shoulders! Finally nice to get the ball rolling.
In other news I seem to be losing more weight (still a way to go

) , I am alot more confident wearing natural make up now, I will use concealer, eyebrow pencils, eyelash products every day and growing my hair longer is helping alot to. My full family now know and all are supportive of it, even my grandmother who is one of the most biggoted people ever! Though she did say she doesnt mind trans people, just doesnt like everyone else xD
So yeah things are going good, of course I am still waking up every day in the wrong body, but theres worse things in life, the body shaving sucks ass but the end result is nice, going from yeti to silky smooth is a good improvement
