Do you remember the wake-up room? My first memory after the surgery is being brought back into my room 905.
How do you like the mattress in your hospital bed? I will hate it forever. How wonderful the hotel bed is compared to that...

You can ask for a softer mattress. I understand they get lots of complaints about it.

Oh wow, at 5 days postop it sounds like there wasn't much pain at all!

I associate SRS with excruciating, unbearable, torture-like pain, and as I'm willing to go with Suporn too, can you give me more details on the pain of the entire experience of having SRS with Suporn? Thanks!!

Its not as invasive as people think.
Compared with other procedures its not much.
And its healthy people going into an operation.
People can do a few things beforehand to be really healthy.

Meow came in this morning about 6 to ready a tray of who knows all what's on it for the packing and catheter removal. After lying there for what seemed hours Dr. Suporn came in with just about every nurse on the floor, lol. Said everything looked good and was going to remove the outer bandages. After removing the bandages he starts pulling this antiseptic ribbon out, I swear this ribbon must have been 9 feet long, lol. After the ribbon the condom is removed, then the whole vaginal is irrigated three times and then the last time with antiseptic solution. Jib she is is so funny it taking pictures the whole time and your holding a mirror the entire time. Dr. Suporn is explaining the structures and how to care for them, so pay attention. Now come the cathater , deep breath, and it's out, no biggie.
Now it's time for the dilating, this part I feared the most. The Dr takes the medium dilator and unrolls the condom on it and puts a gob of lube on it. Told me to relax and no tense, he slides it in, I thought geez that's all I got was 5", well I have expected it, since I was pretty damn small to begin with. Suporn asked if I had any pain and I said no, so slide a little more in and a little more. I am speechless that I was able to accommodate 7" soo soon. I think the yoga techniques I do at home for relaxing helps with dilating, relaxation is key. I didn't expect much and trusted him to the fullest and it pays off.
As waking up after surgery that's another story. I went in to the operating room, remember getting on the table and then waking up in my room with Jib here. No pain no discomfort as I had imagined. The tightness in the crotch the first few days sucked, but not bad.  The only pain I get is trying to sit on the donut in the shower, so I just stand. So now I'm supposed to be getting ready to head back to hotel, Suporn doesn't want me walking at all this week, since I'll be back in a week for FFS.

Remember girls the girls here do have a sense oh humor and do like joking around, but the also have job to do.
Don't be a woman that needs a man, be a woman that a man needs.

Oh wow, that's bloody amazing. Gives me hope I won't cry my eyes out because of the pain lmao

thank you so much for your posts, as there was no Suporn-girl made thread in this section since the last half a year or so, and I needed a confirmation he is still a good chap haha

I believe pain or its absence is related to how much painkillers they give you. If you don't get enough it's going to be very bad, and if you do its not.

In some countries there's a strong push to minimize painkillers since they are potentially dangerous. No doubt there's a few bad doctors around as well.

I've don't believe Dr Suporn has a problem with prescribing painkillers, or that his patients have any problems after being prescribed them.

Personally I'd never go to any surgeon that had even a hint of inappropriately restricting the use of painkillers. I'd rather risk addiction than suffer pain.
