Chat in the New Year?

Hey Everyone just hanging out. Want to meet on the chat line and chat in the New Year Later. For those not going out or already have special plans.

I check back and see who's answered. Leah and are aren't going anywhere.

I'll see what I'm doing at that time---I don't usually 'officially' celebrate New Year's, but it's cool to greet everyone. I might hop on chat if I've not gotten too cozy with Mr Bailey

Also depends on how much um, 'entertainment' so to speak, is going on in the neighborhood...last evening just as I was going to bed I heard gunshot here in my apartment complex, police everywhere, etc, etc... I sure hope tonight's calmer, but it being New Year's Eve and some of the new neighbors being rowdy, well...

We'll have fun with the time zone thing, though.  I'm EST, I believe an hour ahead of you two.  In any event, guess we'll play it by ear....

Hi Peggiann: 

The chat last night was fun, and I really enjoyed.  When we were home, it was sure a treat to be alble to bring in the New Year with friends from all over the continent.

It would be nice if we could have a chat session say once  a week, on say a Sat or Sunday evening where we can all get to know each other.

As you probably know chat is 24/7. You could set anytime for a open chat session. There is already a CD chat session on Sundays I believe. A little coordinating and you could get a regular chat session going. I would suggest a thread in the Announcements section to get everybody together on a time and day.

How about Sunday Evenings After 8:30 pm. That should give Church goers time to get in.
