02/06/2015: 192.5 lb on the old machine (where I weighed myself the last few weeks) and 195.3 lb on a new one.

I stopped tracking here lately, but do check in and want to let you all know I support all your efforts! My efforts continue as well, even if not tracking. I have gone down a little since last posting, a very, very little, hehe. However, my main focus has changed and I have started my next phase of transition (HRT) prior to reaching my weight goals. All my lab work shows such a dramatic change from the previous two decades, and even my diabetes related readings if viewed without my history of 11.0+ A1Cs would make you think I was not diabetic (4.9.)

So I guess I have achieved the goal of better physical and mental health and felt confident enough to proceed. Please wish me luck and keep posting the inspiration as I will keep checking in to load up on some!

I saw Raven's post and HAD to make a celebratory post, as that is so encouraging and EXTRA inspiring! Very nice work!!!

A few years ago when I was running every day I got down to 180. At 6'2" tall thought I looked a little too thin. So I'm not sure what my target range is but I think 165-175 may be good.  The ideal weight calculator says 160-172.

Hey, I'd thought I might join in for a little mutual encouragement.  I actually started back in Jan when I first started HRT so I'll include those numbers since I started.  I'm also including the bodyfat measurement from the scale.  I have it at on female athletic.  Not really sure how accurate it is that way but with HRT the male setting probably isn't accurate either.  The real number is probably somewhere in between.  I just got serious about losing again a week ago so hopefully there will be a steady downward trend with my closer attention to diet and macros.

Haven't posted in a month, and I feel kind of like an outsider in my own tread. LOL.  I've been very busy enjoying life, and unfortunately food and pleasure got in the way of loosing weight.  A few too lazy days and a bunch of restaurant visits (with limited exercise).

I must now get serious about loosing at least 15 pounds since GCS is scheduled in 12 weeks.

7/17/15      217 215   Ughhhhh going the wrong way. I started progesterone last month and was told it might cause some weight gain.  I'm just going to have to run more. Back to 215 after another 3 mile run tonight

I decided to add a little weight and see what effect it would have on the boobs so I went from 147 to 162 and it pretty much went all to the boobs. I'm pretty happy with that but the number on the scale isn't that pleasing. I'm going to go to 155 and see how things look and probably maintain there.

While I was busy taking care of life and love this thread seems to have met it's end.  But at least it was very quietly and simply put to rest with a latent lack of interest.  :)

So to put this thing to sleep for good here's my final post. 

July  3, 2015     210 lbs.
Aug 11,  2015    204 lbs.
