Dès le 1er octobre, les personnes transgenres n'auront plus besoin de passer par une chirurgie pour changer de sexe sur leurs documents officiels. La loi, adoptée à l'unanimité par l'Assemblée nationale, entrera finalement en vigueur cet automne.

From October 1 , transgender people will no longer need to go through surgery to change gender on official documents . The law , passed unanimously by the National Assembly finally come into effect this fall.
