My dog demands a lot of walks, but my doctor says that doesn't count.
Well... doesn't count towards what... ?
Imo regular walks should help a bit for a toned body... help with blood circulation... and increase mood...
if your leg muscles are used they stay a bit better in shape...
well if you want to train specific areas you might try a few pushups... for example twice a day...

Protein is important as well as sleep.

haha, so true about sleep - whether it's a nap during the day or a good nights sleep - that's definitely the time they seem to grow!

If you have had any development after 4 and 5 months you are moving along pretty quick. No need to worry. I'm nine months in with virtually nothing going on down there.

Hi! So I started Estrogen and Spirno 4 and 5 months ago, respectively. I started breast growth pretty fast, within a few weeks, but then it pretty much stopped all together around the 2.5 month mark on estrogen.

I was in the same place as you for a while.  My breasts budded with pain and grew out for 3-4 months after I began Spiro + E.  Then they seemed to stop (my measurements stopped changing) for 3-4 months, and the pain went away almost completely. I was really concerned.

But then, almost overnight, I noticed they really started growing again and were definitely becoming fuller (not so much growing outward). And they've been growing now in that way for about 2 months, and my bust measurement has been increasing again.

It might have been random, but two things changed for me around the time breast growth started again; I switched from Spiro to a Prostap injection, and I started taking Prometrium (bio-identical progesterone) in a menstrual cycle schedule instead of just once in a while.

If the walking lasts for 30minutes to an hour you can significantly increase your metabolism doing that once to twice a day. Metabolic calorie-burn is mostly through the duration of the exercise. Unless you do high intensity training, which is grueling and will provide similar benefits to long cardio sessions.
So yeah, walking is good especially if you do it for longer periods and regularly, but it won't provide the same kind of cardiovascular or muscle training you get from other exercise.

If people are what they eat, I really need to stop eating such neurotic food  :icon_shakefist:

I started P last week, and already they started to hurt again and feel a bit fuller.

Congratulations  :)
The shape might become a bit more rounded...

P can increase hunger, I think, due to increasing insulin production AND may cause water retention in some, paradoxically increasing breast fullness.
