Sports bras are simple require little sizing and if you get ones with thicker sholder straps even if someone sees the strap outline under your shirt they are likely to think it's a tee shirt. Though a padded one may make things more visible so if it's to be secretive go with ones that the padding is removable.

Is it the depressed little voice inside? Whispering in my ear? Telling me to give up?
Well I'm not giving up. Not for that part of me that hates myself. That part wants me to wither and die. not for you. Never for you.  --Loki: Agent of Asgard

Sports bras work, but it depends on what you want. If you are going for stealth, wear a sports bra. If you want support, get a t-shirt bra or full coverage one with an underwire. It depends on how visible you want the girls to be to other people and what you're comfortable. It can be kinda noticeable if you don't wear something  and you're cold.
