ENDA in trouble over trans inclusion - and weak Dem spines

"Look at this long list of companies, large and small, that support ENDA as written. How many do they have to have to be convinced that discrimination in the workplace is wrong -- and corporate America is way ahead on this front.
It looks like the same battle we've feared is dead ahead -- support a trans-excluded bill and try to get it added later, or let the whole bill die. It's clear the right wing has savored whipping on transfolk to deep-six this bill; caving only further marginalizes them -- and reduces the prospect of passage for any subsequent separate bill."
