If I pass a woman with just a hint of perfume, my favorite is linen, it can actually make me dizzy for a moment. I don't know if men's cologne has a similar effect on women.

On the other hand, too much cologne or perfume Is a real turn off. Its overpowering and makes me want to turn away.

It does...
and I'd agree  :)

I think a lot of people over do spraying cologne so it makes it unbearable at times. Some people just basically douse themselves in it. I saw a show on tv a long time ago about proper usage of cologne. They say just spray a little on your fingers and rub it behind your ears along your neck. Also the insides of your wrists and just a spritz on your chest (spray several inches away). Never apply to areas like your arm pits because cologne and BO don't mix well at all.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I dunno.

My all time fave is Dolce & Gabbana: Light Blue . I think it's considered a " for woman" fragrance but man does it smell good. Kind of like a faint citrus. I know fragrances smell different depending on who wears it. But I have had girls who love it.

When I am going for a more masculine scent my go to is CUBA. It's in the shape of a Cuban cigar and smells almost "spicy" and iv'e been told it's a hit.

This is really fun to see other peoples scent(s) of choice as well as others outlooks on fragrance!  :) Thank you all for your responses
