Avoid things with lots of potassium as well, like bananas and some frozen meats. It can be poisonous in high doses, and spiro causes you to retain it and expel sodium. The levels of both in your blood are important to remain balanced with your insulin response, and keep your kidneys and liver healthy.
Also don't take extra estrogen, if your body gets too much at once it'll turn the extra into testosterone. Make sure you take both your anti-androgens and hormones at ideally the same times every day to maintain a moderate constant level. And make sure to eat healthily, you may gain weight, but you'll need it to grow and shift your fat distribution in the areas you want.
