Caitlyn Jenner will not be charged in the February car wreck that left a woman dead.

The Los Angeles district attorney decided Wednesday that there is not enough evidence to charge the reality star with manslaughter or a misdemeanor and that the office "cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt" that her "conduct was unreasonable," according to court papers obtained by PEOPLE.

The civil suits are what she really needs to worry about.

I hope that justice was served.

Either way she can't win. She is prosecuted, she goes to prison. A men's prison. She is not prosecuted, she is accused of her trans status getting her out of jail.

My friends list on FB is thin already as it is, hopefully it doesn't go on a diet again... thankfully a lot of you girlies are on it now. :) (all are welcome, just send me a PM).

I think she can handle those to be honest. She has millions. Going to a men's prison would have been extremely humiliating and would have validated people who claim she is not a real woman and is just a man wearing a dress.

I don't think prison was ever going to happen for her due to being a first offender, wealthy and a celebrity.  It would have likely resulted in a plea bargain, a fine and house arrest in a worst case scenario.   Maybe getting Robert Kardashian on a Ouija board might have helped too. /snark

It's not her trans status that would get her out of jail, it's her wealthy celebrity status that would get her out of it.
