I considered going to MDM for my FFS. He's a good surgeon who takes his time to do a good job. The dollar/peso exchange rate is very favorable, too, which helps make up for the cost of the long flight to Buenos Aires. Dr. DiMaggio does forehead reconstruction (osteotomy) in which the anterior wall of the frontal sinus is cut out, forehead recontoured and then the bone replaced with titanium screws. This approach will give you a very nice feminine forehead profile, especially if paired with rhinoplasty. The one thing I was not pleased with was his practice of filling in the frontal sinus with bone chip paste. I guess that's supposed to eliminate a dripping nose post-op, but I'm not convinced it's the best thing to do in the long run. I ended up going to Facial Team in Marbella, Spain.
