but they might want to think about their name... It could cause quite some confusion in the UK as we already have a highly active croup called GLADD - of which I am a member.

Stands for Gay & Lesbian Association of Doctors & Dentists - so I can see extremely strong potential for some amusing and irritating (in equal measure) name confusion between GLAAD and GLADD
