Anyone know of supportive medical professionals in or near Central Valley CA?

I've had it with my endocrinologist. He took me off estrogens in my forties and now I have osteoporosis. I am looking for someone in Modesto, Fresno, Merced or nearby areas. I will see an OB/GYN, and Internist, or any qualified medical professional to get me back on estrogens. I hate to travel to Sacramento or the Bay area since they are a full day round trip for me but if that's what it takes, I'll do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
