There is some potential there. Your are young and the muscles will decrease on blockers. Stay away from tight fitting clothes and start growing your hair!!! Believe it or not, you are already have more to work with than I did when I started my transition. You will be like me with a bit more stocky build but yet I was able to go out in a bikini and didn't have problems but most of the time I stay way from tight tops.

I'm sure you would do fine. I never had much for muscles, but I was always big too, and I will never cease to be amazed how much HRT/weight loss changed my appearance. With some time on HRT, your muscles will fade away (your neck will get much thinner too ;)), you'll develop feminine fat distribution, you might even shrink an inch or so if anecdotal evidence is anything to go by. Your face isn't actually that masculine to begin with, but HRT will make it look ever less so, and then if you grow out your hair... Like Dena said, there is definitely some potential. :)
