Just don't cause bruising, or damage the milk glands. You are just trying to stretch the tissue to help the bloodflow.. More bloodflow causes the receptors to receive more of the estrogen you have been taking and increase growth.. The massage may not help everyone, since some already have great bloodflow.
As for tecnique, I'm sure if you do it a certain way and it works for you, you just developed a new tecnique and it will be on the market. It's just more of doing it routinely when needed.
Nobody is going to know how long todo it or how often. Just like in normal stretching, if you could measure your breast temp, you will see a temp difference in before and after massages due to increased bloodflow..
once the breasts start cooling, I would think this would be the proper time to start the massage again, yet no studies have been produced to prove this link and effectiveness.. I have a flir camera to do such a test, you could also used a infared temp gun, or maybe just a skin thermometer.. (if someone is interested, I could post later a thermal pic of massaged breast vs non massaged to show the temp difference:) a series of pics over time would be a goal, but that would involve just laying around to get accurate results.. maybe sometime for those! just pm me so I can remember this post when I wake up! ( I'm in the hottub waiting for my meds to kick back in so I can go back to sleep) hope this helps..
Recap- just don't hurt them and any massage should make some sort of difference as long as you are not achieving max bloodflow already! Oh, plus they need to be in a growing phase too. That I cannot explain without more research:)
