I am interested to get a view from all of those taking Progesterone on a series of Poll questions.
The first part of the poll relates to whether you are taking it continuously or cyclical
Part two of the poll relates to what positive effects of taking it you have been getting
Part three of the poll relates to negative effects of taking it

The reason for the polls is that when I first transitioned some 30 years ago, my doctors were all in favour of prescribing Progesterone as part of my HRT regime; however since recommencing HRT Therapy some 30 years later my current doctor does not believe there are any positive benefits from its use, preferring a Oestrogen HRT regime only.

I am thus curious about other peoples experiences

This is Poll Part Two.

This may not match your poll, but I love polls:)  i take it as an oxytocin release.  This in turns helps for my restless leg syndrome..  I also use it as a topical on my breasts  because I have heard it helps with nipple enlargement and producing  breastmilk.  Of course i have another regimin i use with this..  Actually after 6 weeks, I've noticed quite a bit of nipple growth and starting of milk production..  it's kinda thick and smells like sweet almond milk..  I'm hoping the new endocrinologist I get from the va may be into pellet implants and allow estradiol and a higher dose of progesterone as implants..  btw, I want the nipple growth since I'm now a b cup, yet my nipples were rather small.  I just want them to match a larger c cup when I plan a boob job next year.  I would have to say it was the estradiol that increased the areola diameter almost 2 to 3x is size.  Hopefully someday all will be in proportion!

Will that fit your poll?

Great results on "P" and my doctor is all in favor of it. Breast growth is phenomenal. I highly recommend it as it also fills in the emotional component of "E".

all of the above except the milk production and cycling part. I don't cycle, It was prescribed for daily. I've been taking progesterone since the start of my transition, 3.5 years now.

Breast and hip growth as well as skin effects. Zero effects on mood for me.

The main thing Progesterone does for me is regulate my sleep.  My whole life, I had difficulty sleeping on a regular sleep schedule and could only sleep when I was completely exhausted.  As soon as I started Progesterone, I started sleeping on a perfectly regular sleep schedule.  It was pretty much a miracle for me.  I'm curious to see what happens when I have to stop it in 3 weeks in preparation for SRS.

Also, how do I change my vote?  My areola have gotten bigger but I can't seem to find a way to re-activate the poll.
