I live in San Antonio, TX. and I have my letter of recommendation. But I just CANNOT find a doctor to prescribe hormones. I've tried getting a hold of Keith's office for the past 2 weeks but they haven't called me back. Does anyone know of any other doctors/endos that know about trans care and can prescribe hormones in San Antonio?

Thank you

I'm curious to hear about what you discover, as my wife and I constantly discuss relocating to San Antonio, which I might add is a lovely city!

That being said, I don't know any specific providers there, but I do know there is a support network which may be able to better direct you. San Antonio does not have the same resources as the GEAR center in Dallas but after looking into SAGA, they listed an FNP who does hrt.

Also, my former endo relocated his practice to New Braunfels, so there has to be nearby options... Worst comes to worst, Austin has a good deal of transinclusive endocrinologists.

Yeah that's the website for Keith's office. I left a message in the "contact us" portion of their website as well as tried numerous times to call them.

Planned Parenthood?

Planned parenthood does not do transgender care in San Antonio. They didn't have anyone to refer me to either. :/
