I want to get laser hair removal on my face,  but am worried about my coworkers noticing. How much does it irritate your skin and for how long? I have Fridays off and would have it done Friday morning. I would't have to go to work until Monday morning. So I would have three days to recover. I have done my chest and it wasn't noticeably irritated after the second day. I know everyone's skin is different but would like to hear some first hand experience stories.

Thanks,
Rachel

Everyone is different. I don't think it was even noticeable for me, while I've heard other says that they had redness.

It wasn't noticeable on me either, but each person's experience is different. Hugs

As some have said, everyone's different.

My experience was A LOT of acne the first few times. Something about all the hair/dirt pushing out into the top layer of skin caused it. My coworkers didnt notice/care much though, it just seemed like an acne flair up I think. Or I may have even tried to cover it with foundation / concealer too.

I had redness that lasted for weeks after my first session and a bit of bruising. My skin is really sensitive though. After the first few sessions it got better, the redness would be gone within 48 hrs.
