I want to apologize for coming down so hard on my sisters over Trumps election. It is just we have been blessed with the best President of our lifetime that some believe because of the color of his skin that is not the case. I would hate to think of where we would be now with McCain / Palin or Romney / Ryan. Good things are happening to our community that will be displaced once Trump and Pence take office. Pence more so than Trump. Expect your rights regardless of protection of the Constitution to be eroded to the point of non existence. If you think limiting restrooms is extreme You ain't seen nothing yet. Same sex marriage will be a thing of the past. Gays in the military. Transgender humans will be forced back into the closet. I for one have come too far to go backwards. I would venture I am not the only one. What I don't understand is how one person can shut down a conversation. I don't understand why if you don't want to participate in a conversation, you just stop interacting. If you have something against being transgender, don't become one, unless you can't avoid it because you're closeted. I have discovered. If you do not want to service your customers, get out of the cake baking business. Putting a statue on a cake does not make you gay, lesbian or transgender. Since when has bigotry ever been a right to be protected by the Constitution?
Here is what we get to look forward to.
The Homosexual Agenda is a self-centered set of beliefs and objectives designed to promote and even mandate approval of homosexuality and homosexual ideology, along with the strategies used to implement such. The goals and means of this movement include indoctrinating students in public school, restricting the free speech of opposition, obtaining special treatment for homosexuals, distorting Biblical teaching and science, and interfering with freedom of association. Advocates of the homosexual agenda seek special rights for homosexuals that other people don't have, such as immunity from criticism (see hate speech, hate crimes). Such special rights will necessarily come at the expense of the rights of broader society. The homosexual agenda is the biggest threat to the right of free speech today.
If you disagree, be an activist and resist every effort, show we will not be castigated as second class citizens unworthy of Human Rights let alone Constitutional Rights.
Trump has pledged to sign the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA), if passed by congress. It was first introduced in the House on June 17, 2015 and would effectively legalize anti-LGBTQ discrimination across the board, including among employers, businesses, landlords and healthcare providers, as long as they claim to be motivated by a firmly held religious beliefs. Who is affecting their religious beliefs. If you do not want to join the LGBTQ community don't, but do not take away Human Rights or allow Christianity to be mainstreamed via the Constitution. The Constitution that now prevents such from happening. You can still be a Christian, nobody is taking that right away from you. There are many liberal Christians who believe in the tenets of the Bible. Like, Love thy neighbor, funny how the Lord said there was nothing more important except for the love of God.
Sometimes you have to get a little testosterone going to be heard over the din of manufactured scandal. I will use every bit I have left to speak truth to lies.
