The sleeve cuffs on the dress in the two previous posts are already long-ish and made of a different fabric. This makes it exceptionally easy to make them longer if you make yourself familiar with basic sewing techniques.
I would turn the dress inside out, open the lining (if present), remove the cuffs at the seams, replicate longer cuffs from suitable fabric, attach the new ones and close the lining again.
VoilĂ , done.
My problem with this dress would be the height where the waist is. I am tall and I have a long back, so the waist of most dresses sits visibly too high for my body.
Then there is of course the shoulder to waist ratio that makes everything either too narrow at the shoulders or too wide at the waist for me.
I have learned that complaining usually does not make problems go away, and that I have to do something if I want things to change.
When I see something I desperately
want need and it just won't fit, I can either change it, have it changed or make my own. The sewing machine is my friend
