Letters for SRS in hand...

My therapist took the longest to get my letter to me.. The guidelines must be followed and I had a session with her yesterday when I picked it up.
Its so cool to see my endo letter, FFS surgeon and my therapist letters all stating MS....and she..and her.

We went through the probability of post of blues.. and the need for therapy after SRS and I agree..it is important.
I am almost certain I will be fine but we all have our down moments don't we.

The most exciting thing I found out yesterday is that my Birth Certificate will be changed to female..

Going to have a celebration when that happens...

Its mind blowing being female now.. seems like I have been that way forever..but now out of the cage.

I transitioned at 54.. much older than some younger than others.  We can't look back.. just forward..  Living for today is living.. living in the past is being dead.. the future is ours.. embrace it every day girls.. and guys..if your lurking here.

It does feel great to actually have "the originals" cause that's what Chett wants.  Put them in a safe place girl!  Lot's of "toil toil time & trouble" to get them.

I received my final clearance this morning.  Under the sweet scalpel "Jan. 21st"  (Hope he uses a brand new one!

Flanging up my flight plans now.  Departing Jan.16 - Retuning home Feb. 16.
