FFS in Canada

Hi All!

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any surgeons in Canada that specialize in FFS?
And, if so, if they'd be willing to share any of their experiences?

I'm right at my one year HRT anniversary this year, so I thought it was time to at least start collecting some good information.
