Deciding size with phalloplasty

Hello everyone,
I'll be having alt phalloplasty in August 2016. I am wondering what factors you have considered in selecting a length. I understand longer results may not be compatible with the semi rigid..also longer results may require urethral lengthening to be completed in the 2nd stage..but beyond those factors, what helped you to decide length?

Hormone Replacement Therapy: December 2011 - Present
Chest Recontouring: June 2015
Hysterectomy (LAVH): October 2015
Stage 1 phallo: August 2016
Stage 2 phallo: Feb 2017
