I'm 24 years old ftm from Canada.
I stumbled across this place awhile back but was never able to get up the nerve to actually post anything as I have a tendency to be extremely shy. But since coming out to my family and starting T over a year ago, just having that first big weight lifted I feel like I'm finally starting to grow and learn to accept myself. I still feel like the body I'm in is a prison but I don't feel like I have to serve a life sentence any more. Anyway I wanted to keep this introduction short (even though it took me almost an hour to write) so yeah, I look forward to hopefully getting to know some people here and maybe even make some friends along the way.

Hi 'lilcrisis,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

It's no real biggie talking to people is it? We haven't eaten you yet, and not likely too. If someone does, there's a ""Reoprt to Moderator" at the bottom of each post, so don't worry.

You may feel like you're imprisioned in your body, but just remember there are plenty of ways in correcting those body impediments. Once your body is in sync with your mind, watch how your world changes.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
