I have been experiencing discomfort around the pelvic tilt and upper section of hips last couple day. The pain is occasionally and i would say about 3/10 scale. Last 2 night i had to remove my underwear because just having the elastic of underwear on pelvic bone would create more discomfort and refrain me from sleeping.
Anyone has an experience to share? Does the pain end by going away, does the pelvic itself is growing?
