I've been on HRT for 3.5 years now.  I've looked up online how to measure the frame size of my body but I'm not entirely sure how accurate it is.

I don't pass as female at all, very easy to pass as male still without trying, when I get femmed up I just look like a crossdresser.  I'm built very very big even for a male at 6 feet tall.  I have many friends who are cis guys at the same height or taller and they're all smaller than I am, in the average build.  Everyone who I have seen who is my size (only cis men) could never pass as women if they tried, no matter how many surgeries or hormones.

I know it's not just wrist size that determines it, so I measured everything.  According to my measurements I should be a medium frame for male of my height, but I'm absolutely not from the pictures I've seen of myself with other people I dwarf even most of my male friends at the same height.  I also have an enormously huge head despite the fact the actual measurement is not unheard of for passing trans women or cis women. People have told me I'm about average build but tall, but that's never ever what I see...I'm just way bigger than everyone when I see myself next to anyone in the mirror or in photos I'm always the biggest person, easily.

I'm wondering if anyone else has these issues, or if this is all in my head.  No matter what mood I seem to be in this is pretty much always consistent so I have no idea what to believe.  I've heard of other trans women with the same or bigger measurements and in their pictures with other people they look like average build just tall.  But I never look like that, I'm always really big...wide along with tall.  Big all over.

Anyhow, my measurements:

Head size around: 23.7 inches or 60 cm
Chest/overbust: 36 inches
Underbust/ribcage: 33 inches
Waist: 32 inches
Hips: 36 inches
Shoulders: 17.5 inches or 42 inches around
Forearm: 10 inches
Bicep: 11 inches
Wrist: 7 inches
Hand: 3.5 inches across palm, 8 inches from middle finger to wrist
Thigh: 20 inches
Calf: 14 inches
Ankle: 9.5 inches
Shoe size: 12.5-13 in womens
Weight: Anywhere's from 150-170 lbs.

So....I have no idea.  I've never seen a woman with my size and shaped head ever in my life, even bigger women who are jacked and taller than me their head is always normal sized.  Don't know what to do...I know I'll never pass, but I just want to feel ok and comfortable enough in my body which even that seems impossible.

I'm not a medical professional and this is just an internet forum but based on your past posts on both this forum and ->-bleeped-<- I heavily suspect you are suffering from some kind of Body Dysmorphic Disorder:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_dysmorphic_disorder

People with body dysmorphic disorder have a persistent belief that their body or some part part is ugly or diseased.

You have a belief that your body is too big, too manly - you seem specifically focused on how large your head is. But literally everyone, EVERYONE, disagrees with you based on observable empirical evidence. Delusions are such that they are resistant to evidence. The rational response to EVERYONE disagreeing with you is to change your mind in some way. But you persist in making the same post over and over despite everyone telling you that it's all in your head. I highly suspect you are suffering from body dysmorphia disorder and you should seek professional help.
