Hi my name is Catherine and i am my late 30's. I am excited to begin my therapy and to soon be transitioning. I had my first therapy session and it went very well. I will be on hormones in February. She made me feel great and took time to explore my face and told me that i would not need ffs, which was a big concern for me although i knew deep down that i could do it. I also feel very lucky to be only 5'6, but i also weigh about 180 with an athletic build. I am probably hiding a small to medium frame underneath all of this muscle.

Because of food issues i swiched to a flexitarian diet two months ago. When i stopped drinking regular milk and stopped eating red meat i immediately lost 10 pounds.  I lost abdominal fat and muscle in my upper body - specifically in my arms and now they are getting flabby underneath. I am also a lot weaker in general. My legs and butt have changed to! My butt now has cellulite on the outerside and the top of my male hips.  Something totally new. I am excited to see my body changing on it's own.

Here are my starting stats because i know i will not be able to see changes.
Neck 15.50
Chest 42
Waist 35.75
Hips 38.50
Thighs 22.5
Forearms 12
Arms 13.50

Hi Catherine,

Great name you have  ;D ;D

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Sounds like you have a good plan and it's working well for you.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Speak to you as soon as I finish baking the dinner

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
