increased SGPT,SGOT.should i be scared ?

hi everyone,
i started my hormone therepy  3 months ago[i got fairly good breast growth   :)].on my follow up visit after 3 months i have increased SGPT ,SGOT Levels (108,107 resp.). my endocrinologist reduced dosage of estrogen from bid to od and finasterisde to od half of dosage and asked me to follow after a month to review dosage.is it normal to have SGPT levels to be elevated (i read on wikipedia as so) or do i have to take some precautions etc. ?

I am not a Doctor!  You have raised liver enzymes.  I have Hepatitis C and have had it for 40 years.  It also causes raised liver enzymes.  I also take E & P.  That raises it more. 
If you drink, that can increase the problem-so can tylenol.
Some forms of administration seem to be worse than others.  pills seem to be worse, while patches and injections are less because they at least partially bypass the liver. 

Hopefully, your body will adjust-or maybe your doctor will change administration methods which is what he has already started to do.  The liver can repair itself and you shouldn't freak out, just work with him to find what is best for you.  Good luck.
