There is a difference between bodybuilding and powerlifting. Bodybuilders often obtain much larger physiques and look much stronger, but power lifters can generally out-lift a bodybuilder. It's all in the way you train. In other words big muscles doesn't always equal raw strength.
I don't know who told you that you can't build muscle without T but they were seriously misinformed haha. In fact, it's probably one of the best things you can do to "masculinize" yourself without testosterone. Building muscle takes a lot of time, patience, and dedication however.
