Finding trans-friendly and affordable psychologists

Hi everyone.

Does any one know where can I find a good Psychologist who is trans-friendly and can do consultations via Skype? I live in Sweden right now but I can't find anything here, and I am having a really rough time after coming out to my mom who took it really badly.
