nescria

so i have now been on this estradiol patch and a t blocker for about 3 months, i am only 22 but today i seemingly got good news, well i mean that my doctor thinks its great lol(it might be im not sure how good it is). i don't know what to think though since its all new to me but here was my results for the day. also i dont have any prior hormone levels to compare this too.
ESTRADIOL   45.8
TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL  190.0

so far everything seems pretty much the same 3 months in, except(TMI moment) my chest has been puffier and very sensitive starting a month back in fact i am starting to get annoyed because i am so use to sleep face down, and my libido has taken an off and on dip but that might just be an emotional affect.
I am going to take a new picture tomorrow but here is a picture from about 3 months ago for reference.

I am also a  bit worried i will start gaining weight because i am only 5'8 and 127 pounds as is, and i hear it might affect my metabolism(which is very high), is there any particular exercise routines that one would recommend without having a gym membership or a lot of money.

Hey nescria!

Welcome to Susan's  :)  Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

Congrats on starting your transition - three months is just the very tip if the iceberg but it sounds like you are off to a good start. Yes, weigh gain is a definite possibility, stay off the junk food, the sugar drinks and get in lots of walking.

Please check out the following links for site rules, helpful tips and other info...

No problems, I just figured it would be better here.

I kind of guessed you had a thing for junk food - it's common for people with high metabolisms to really be into that stuff mainly because there's no weigh gain side effects! That will change once you're on HRT. Keep in mind that some weight gain is required if you want to grow breasts and a bit of a curve around the hips and backside.
