Hey All,
I'm new to the forums I've been cleared to Start T in the next few days and I'm wondering what to expect. I have PCOS My baseline hormone levels are 54 Testosterone and 37 Estrogen at the end of my cycle and 45 (T) 59 (E) Mid-cycle. I'm already pretty hairy. Will things change faster then they would if I didn't have PCOS?  How will this effect my non-existent metabolism and libido?

Hi there,

My levels were fairly similar to yours when I started. I am coming up on 1 year on T and I am very happy with my masculinization. I can't say that it's been faster or slower than guys without PCOS.

I personally haven't had any change in metabolism. I didn't get any increases in appetite, and my energy levels are about the same when I'm not otherwise fatigued (I have fibromyalgia as well). My libido has decreased, but based on what I've read, I'm an anomaly in that case.
