"Republican presidential hopeful and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz thinks the Obama administration's support for trans students amounts to "lunacy!"

Speaking on a conservative radio show Thursday with host Steven Crowder, Cruz inaccurately claimed that the Department of Justice is "trying to force [school districts] to let boys shower with little girls."

BuzzFeed, which has video of the segment, notes that Crowder abruptly pivoted the discussion from Islamic extremists to trans issues, bemoaning the "generation of people who get offended if you use the genetically proper pronouns."

If the Christians of the third century were anything like the ones today then I'm beginning to understand why the Emperors Diocletian and Maximian tried to eradicate the religion.

Ted Cruz is welcome to his opinion but he goes on to call us lunatics.  He is repulsive.

I know it's the "in" thing to say politics doesn't matter and politicians are all the same, but there are certain candidates in this presidential election that could really set transgender rights back if they are elected.
