Hi everyone!

I have really deep forehead wrinkles, which is the most obvious problem with my face (in my opinion).  They are so deep, that I do not think any Retinol treatment would resolve it.  The other problems are less obvious, and after several months of HRT, I am thinking the redistribution may be enough to be satisfy me because I'm not looking very significant changes.  I want to give it about two years before I even pursue FFS should I choose to do it, but I might be able to get away with it with a mere Brow Lift, which is a lot cheaper than FFS...  note that the forehead wrinkles are definitely from moving my eyebrows too much when I talk.

Is it okay to get a Brow Lift, and later have FFS if I decide the results are not satisfactory enough?  Or is it better to wait for FFS, and will FFS resolve the forehead wrinkle issues?

Hey there,

It's up to you but FFS includes a brow lift. You might want to save your money. However, if you have a very high forehead (distance from top of eyebrows to hairline), it might be worth it to do it now and also when you get FFS. Doing it twice could mean you could really have a chance to reshape or lower your hairline (each time you can only lower it 1.5-2 cm maximum or you can fix the M shape - not both at the same time).

So the devil is in the details. Could be a great idea or could be a waste of money and an unnecessary surgery, depending on your situation.
