Well I have been struggling for many years of the fact of who I really am. People always tell me to be myself and not to be fake. but when I show people my true self, they get upset.

I'm over it now. I am who I am and that's what matters. I am trying to get information on breast growth, hormones, and many other things that will make my transition easier for me.

Sometimes people don't like to hear what your exact plans are, but mine is to make the full transition.

So lets get started, I'm tired of playing games with society.

Where do I get Started?
I need a support person, I know that.

What other things do I need to get started?

So your support person needs to be a good gender therapist or counsellor. If you can find trans support groups then bonus!

Two things you need in ample supply are patience and realistic expectations. The process of transition takes time, usually two years at a bare minimum so patience is essential - not just with yourself but the whole journey and those close to you. You'll need to temper your expectations with certain physical and genetic limitations - HRT does amazing things but it isn't a magic pill and there are limitations, depending on what you ultimately need you may need to work around those limitations with make up, wardrobe or (if you desire it) surgery.

I'm presuming you're transitioning to female so I'd suggest you start in beard removal ASAP. Laser if possible or galvanic electrolysis if not. The process is time consuming and expensive so get a head start.

Hope that helps!

Thank you Grace, I need a starting point. I will begin looking for this gender therapist/couonselor near me, and go from there.

and for the beard removal, I will definately keep this in mind, so I can get started coming up with ideas. but first thing is first, get that appointment with a gender therapist/counselor. I want to be able to start HRT as soon as i can. I have been ready for a while now.

Thank you again,
~Misty
