Ok, so I just had this great idea that I know countless others have had, but what if the LGBT community was able to make a world wide event where like, everyone went on a massive parade or pride walk everywhere? I mean, I've been looking these sorts of things where I live, but there never seem to be any, or I just miss them
but if there was even a chance that something this massive were possible, wouldn't we be able to influence more people into understanding our situations? Like not only would it help us out, but even people suffering with different problems (mental illness's, health issues, etc.)? A lot of us have some of these issues on top of dealing with being transgendered/transsexual, etc. Everywhere you go you see individualism and liberalism, but every time, the person elected has a different ideology than what you'd expect. Everyone needs help, not one situation is worse than the other, but the efforts in going into trying to find solutions could be so much better world wide... I don't know, kind of a random thought that came to mind, anyone have any other thoughts about it?
