tummy tuck/abdominoplasty with mexican butt lift recommendation

Hi folks.

i have a question and i do hope some of you can help. i've been doing very well losing weight recently, but i will still need surgical help in the middle of next year.

On that basis despite a pile of research online I can't find any sensible (non marketing) information on a surgeon that provides a high quality tummy tuck to feminise the torso along with lipo and fat grafting to enhance my buttocks and hips with the fat that will be harvested from my waist and arms.
