I Like Cheese!

Hello I'm Alexis!

Although its bad for me I quite like cheese, bread, anime and other animated tv shows!

I'm 19 yro, realised I wasn't happy with my gender identity in January and have basically been completely depressed since then, now that things are moving along I feel much better and I have joined this forum to talk and whatnot!

I've looked through before but wanted to start participating on the forums so now I'm here.

Welcome.

Ah, cheese, my downfall.  I incurred serious injuries from a car crash (1999) and had to stop eating all cheese (among many foods) to allow my liver to heal.  I gradually began tolerating some cheese during recent years and went a bit overboard when I could add it back to my diet.   Now I'm off cheese to lose the weight gain.  AGH!  I can't win there.

People find themselves at all ages.  Sometimes as a child and sometimes as an older adult.  Age 19 is as good a time as any to find your real self so that you will have a full lifetime to explore.

The next item for business is what have you done to resolve why you are depressed.  I had counsellors who would never allow me to sit and do nothing because stagnancy led to depression while progressing and moving led to understanding and fullfillment.  Try locating a counsellor or therapist where you reside so that you can free yourself from the bondage of depression.

Let us know where you have been and where you expect to travel through this wonderfull experience we call life.
