Hi! I'm Diane.
The basics: I'm 68, and had SRS in 1995. I met my partner on AOL a year after surgery. She moved here; we've been together ever since.
I presented at universities and police academies on transgender issues for 20 years. I initiated a transsexual support group 1997 that continues to this day.
I retired four years ago. I had a varied, fascinating work life. I was a trucking company dispatcher, an airline captain, and programmer. Today I'm addicted to playing golf and have become a Mac nerd.
I'm deeply stealth, and see no reason to come out to anyone.
All this sounds really arrogant. I promise you I'm not. If anything, I'll be just another forum member who has managed to have a pretty good life despite being TS.
Success is possible for those who feel life is crushing you if you have patience, even when it seems to be the most difficult thing you will ever do. I expect that frequently I'll post stories from my life when one seems appropriate as a response to someone's issue.
Already I've seen wonderful brothers and sisters here.
