'Rather than extend the protections of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as its proponents claim, members of the black leadership network Project 21 say the "Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2007" (H.R. 2015), also known as ENDA, instead gives special employment rights to homosexuals and the transgendered that could harm the integrity of faith-based organizations'.
