Im going on hormones guaranteed by the end of this month.

At 23.5 years old, what damage am I preventing if I start now versus 35. I know the real damage has set in, voice/my feet size/rib size, but if I keep waiting what will end up happening?

Mind you, I look the same since 19 years old, except I think I have more facial hair but that can be fix.

Well the damage to your emotions...
many people say they wish they would have started earlier...

its well possible you feel more relaxed and at ease with yourself...
which might project outwards... making you a more outgoing person...

just watch out.. many people relive a second puberty  :)
try to keep things in a sane level  :)

The main thing that is likely to happen the longer you wait is the risk of your hair thinning or falling out. Maybe the beard will get a bit thicker, ditto body hair. The rest is pretty much set in stone (or bone, as the case may be).

Hair is the main thing that would have been the concern at 24...MPB can start to manifest pretty early.

I once knew a man who was pretty much bald at 18. Poor guy, made him look 38!

wild Flower, I'm not being condescending here when I say I do hope you understand that hormones are not magic pills. They can do some amazing things but the overall effect is feminisation not to make you look 100% like a genetic woman. Plus they take time... between six months to two years, so you will need to be patient. If your goal is full transition then I'd suggest you also look into beard removal during this time. Being full time and dealing with daily beard growth (especially if it is dark) can be a real drag.

The title came from the Queen from Snow White, right before she transform herself. I do not believe they're magic, if anything I won't go full-time until I have FFS and other surgeries. When I reach the point I pass as a female with short hair and in man-mode, then that is when I will go full-time.

Right now, I want to feminize my body (without having that issue to worry about) when the time comes, and when I am in private and want to be a girl, I can be a girl. 6 years at least. But it's better to start now than wait until 30 years old.

I'm taking this very slowly. I am in no rush.
