Has anyone heard of and Insurance company paying for FFS Or Breast enlargement surgery for a Male to Female
Transexual ?

Yes but rarely. There is a thread in the FFS section about it. BA is less likely to be covered.

I have Kaiser and they told me bottom surgery is covered but that Top isn't. But they also said that top wont really  drain the bank . Good Luck. I hope to hear if you find away to get it covered.
