If your therapist is any good, your first answer won't matter.
I'm genderfluid, and I've become accustomed to all of he, she, them. I've been in boymode for a few days and my wife is still calling me "she" and that's just fine by me.
I've asked my therapist to use different pronouns and names a couple of times and they're fine with it. They're still using the last thing I told them since I've stopped caring, so that works for me. I know that they'll switch name & pronouns the moment I ask them to in the future. I feel safe with my therapist, as it should be.
