Just answer honestly. I still go by male pronouns at this time.

She is just asking which pronouns would you like her or him to use. Have her use whichever ones your comfortable with. Hugs

When I started group the first thing I was ask was what female name I wished to be called. Pronouns weren't a problem because we on had him and her so it was pretty easy to figure it out. If you are non binary then you have a number to chose from.
If you still in the exploring stage, just tell the doctor you haven't figured it out yet. The idea of using the preferred pronouns and name so so you get used to being addressed that way and because you should be more comfortable with the new pronouns and name.

Ms Grace

It depends on what feels right for you. I had people offer to call me Grace and use she/her when I came out to them prior to transitioning but it didn't feel right for me while I was still presenting as male. I know for other people they would have preferred that. If you're still unsure maybe just say to your therapist "can we discuss that during our session?"

If your therapist is any good, your first answer won't matter.

I'm genderfluid, and I've become accustomed to all of he, she, them.  I've been in boymode for a few days and my wife is still calling me "she" and that's just fine by me.

I've asked my therapist to use different pronouns and names a couple of times and they're fine with it.  They're still using the last thing I told them since I've stopped caring, so that works for me.  I know that they'll switch name & pronouns the moment I ask them to in the future.  I feel safe with my therapist, as it should be.
