I'm moving to New York so that my surgery can be covered by Medicaid, and I plan to have surgery as soon as I can, but I don't know which surgeon to go with. ( Here is a list of surgeons including which accept NY Medicaid:

For anyone who has received surgery in New York, who did you go with, how do you feel about the results, and how long was the waiting list? Please include any other information you think is relevant.
Also, if you're surgery was covered through NY medicaid, please include any information on what the approval process was like.
