I dislikes children and doesn't find them cute at all. They are annoying small people who poops in their diapers, drools and walk around with dirty hands. They do stuffs that isn't cute at all, they are just annoying. Every time I meets children in family visits, I get really annoyed. I just think children are disgusting. As a person, they aren't, because they grow up once time. But as a child (in the child stage) they are disgusting. They can make me lose the appetite. I have several reasons why I doesn't like children, but I wouldn't wright all of them, because that's so many reasons. I don't want children when I grow up.

- Are there anyone else who dislike children too?
- Why do you dislike children if you do?
- Do you know why many society think people who dislikes children are a taboo?

i love children, but i don't want to have any of my own. I don't think i'm father material. Way too much of a loner and unstable emotionally. Perhaps i'll be a nice uncle. Of course, i'm only 19, so to say this now IS ridiculous.

I'm not a fan of kids. I have no interest in having them, raising them, or being around them. I don't have the patience for them, and I don't find them endearing in the way that most people do. Most of my interests aren't things that are kid-friendly, and I'm not willing to give up things that I actually enjoy for something that I have no interest in. There are times where I can barely stand my dog when he gets a clingy, so kids are definitely not for me. I've been told I would be good dad material. But I don't care.

Society by and large is made up of people with kids or who have had kids at some point, so obviously they're going to be a little upset or standoffish towards people who dislike kids or are indifferent to them. People get upset over all kinds of things that are inconsequential - when it's something as personal as children, even more so.

You'd be surprised though. There are a lot of businesses here that don't allow children, and as much as it annoys parents, they tend to be well loved by everyone else. You don't have to worry about kids being poorly behaved or parents refusing to parent. It's nice.

Google "childfree". That's how a lot of people would describe themselves. There are whole forums online dedicated to it.

I have kidphobia, kids with blond hair and blue eyes really spook me.

Because no one here was ever a kid right?  ::)

Kids don't care what adults think of them most of the time and are just having fun, could have summed up the whole OP with ''I don't want kids''.  ::)

I can't really say if I like or dislike children, I'm pretty much indifferent

They are just there doing whatever children are going to do, some are cute, some make me laugh, some others I just try to ignore, just like anyone young or old, they are either well behaved or they are not

I'm always nice to them and do my best to be understanding and helpful if necessary, my only real concerns are for their safety and behavior

This x10. And if your dog doesn't like someone there's a reason!

I have no problem with children, specifically. But I do strongly dislike stupidity, as well as people who don't properly respect anything. Unfortunately, many kids I have met fit into both categories.
Then again, the large majority of the kids I have met have been boys around the ages 6-14, and just happened to be the kind of kids who use swearwords as punctuation marks and think themselves as the greatest badasses ever for playing Call of Duty. Anyone would be annoyed by those.
There is a better tomorrow.

I have two that are grown and if I started over I would have them again.  Yes, diapers were kind of gross and teenage years at times highly frustrating but I wouldn't trade any of that for all the riches in the world.

I really can't see this thread being of any use to the community.

If you don't like children, leave them at the side of the plate.
