Good things that happened in 2015

  In no particular order
  Reached weight loss goal of 180 lbs, down from a peak of 385 lbs.
  Started HRT.
  Legally changed my name and gender.
  Brother and Sister started calling me sis and using correct name.
  Mother called me her youngest daughter when introducing me to her neighbor.
 
What good things happened for you in 2015 ?  Lets keep this positive

I finally excepted being me
The people in my life now were more excepting of me than those from my childhood
My relationship with my wife grew stronger than ever before

The important things are that my divorce was finalized,
the bankruptcy went smooth,
my underlying illness was finally diagnosed and treated~after two years, undiagnosable infection (insurance will probably have to cover my orchiectomy.) Not a STI,  but something unknown. Most would find this as a problem,  but it is a blessing for me.

And i got my letter for the Endo. January 22nd my first apointment.

2016 the year of lanthropy and hopefully an orchiectomy paid by insurance (kind of a blessing,  but they hurt like hell most of the time.)

I think the most important thing was getting the ball rolling with Sheffield GIC.

The second most important thing is leaving a job which was the source of stress and anxiety for me.

Cross sex hormone therapy (round 2) in March
Went full time in May
Double Bi-lateral Blerophalasty (upper eyelid lift) in Oct.

Full steam ahead with HRT, gender marker change in June, went full time in June, had VFS in Korea in June/July, went on progesterone in September, legally changed my name in October. Haven't been misgendered in many months. Got a raise in September, my kids turned 5 in October. Good year in most respects.
