Donate testicles to science and receive money ?

Hi there,
Recently I read on different websites that it is possible to donate our testicles to science and receive money. In 2013 a guy sold one to a private hospital and got 35 000$ and said that I was going to buy a new car with that money. I think it would be very interesting for us mtf trans, but I don't have much more informations cause where I live (France) it s not allowed by the law to donate organs for making money. Also I m wondering if it would be preferable to donate before starting HRT, cause I m not on now but I will be soon.
Does anyone have informations on it, or ever thought of it ?

35K times two.  Yup, that would totally cover GCS, VFS, a contribution to my IRA and a nice little vacation sometime for me.  Not bad for something I'm throwing away someday anyway.....
