To be honest with you, it really depends from person to person. There aren't any guarantee. Some become more masculine, other not. Biology, genes etc. do matter too. If you go on T, you would't suddenly be very muscle. T make it easier to get muscle, but you have to work for them. But you risk being hairy, balding etc. You also risk getting fat changes and become more masculine in your face. Just look at Benton, Ty Turner, UpperCaseChase1 and Jammidodger. They got more masculine face after several years at T. They have a lot of comparing videos at YouTube.
I understand you a bit and I'm not a femboy. I doesn't want to look like John Cena, but I'm not concerned either. Because it's low or zero % I'm going to look like him. The reasons is because I doesn't like workout and I doesn't build muscles so easy either. My genes as well. If I could decide how masculine I would look like when I grow up, I would decide Poldark or Luke Garroway. I want to look masculine, but not the John Cena type.
