Metoidoplasty and keeping your vagina

So I'm ftm and I want to have meta surgery, but, if it's possible i'd also like to keep my vagina. I've heard there was a surgeon who keeps your vagina after meta and only shrinks it slightly, does anyone know their name or anyone else who would let me keep my vagina?
If I could keep my vagina, would I still be able to use it, or would it be only for drainage or something?

Do you want urethral lengthening?  If so, your options are a bit lower in who expects you to have a vaginectomy.

Crane will do UL without vaginectomy (closure of the vagina), as will Marcie Bowers.  There are probably others.

If you are not getting UL, but are getting a scrotoplasty, I think the vaginal opening becomes smaller in some cases, but I don't know by how much.  I think that one would depend on the surgeon's technique.

If you are just getting a simple release then all of this is no big deal at all and your vagina will stay exactly the same.
